SZPT students participated in the overall assessment of the National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest
On August 27, the 2023 National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest came to an end at Shandong University. SZPT won 1 national first prize and 6 second prizes, ranking first in the higher vocational group of Guangdong Province in respect of the total number of prizes.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest is one of the discipline competitions advocated by the Ministry of Education, which is highly recognized by the society and has great influence. The 2023 National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest has a total of 1,134 colleges and universities, 20,939 teams and 62,817 students from 31 provinces and cities across the country to participate in the competition, with the national first prize rate of only 1.72%, and the national second prize rate of only 4.66%, highly difficult.
SZPT started the registration work in April, and 44 teams from the School of Electronic and Communication Engineering, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Industrial Center and other departments signed up for the event. In the preliminary provincial competition, SZPT won 8 first prizes, 6 second prizes and 10 third prizes, ranking first in the higher vocational group of Guangdong Province in respect of the number of provincial prizes.
