This integration of industry, academia, and research not only clarifies the research direction of the specialty group but also provides students with more practical opportunities, making teaching more aligned with practical needs. The four awarded works demonstrate the specialty group's profound accumulation and innovative thinking in the field of packaging design. Established in Germany in 1955, the Red Dot Design Award is widely regarded as one of the world's most influential and prestigious design awards, often referred to as the Oscars of the design industry. Alongside the IF Award and IDEA Award, the Red Dot Award is recognized as one of the world's top three design awards, symbolizing international recognition for creativity and design. Winning this award signifies the most authoritative "quality assurance" for product appearance and texture, while award-winning works also receive the broadest promotion and recognition.

Winning the Red Dot Design International Award not only acknowledges the hard work of the specialty group's faculty and students but also validates the school's integration of industry, academia, and research.
