On July 10, the grand unveiling ceremony of Shuibei Jewelry Design College-a distinctive industry college jointly established by Shenzhen Polytechnic and Shenzhen Shuibei Jewelry Group Co., Ltd., was held in Shuibei IBC (International Business Center). First, Lu Lihang delivered a speech to introduce the development history and industrial layout of Shuibei Jewelry Group and its cooperation with colleges and universities. He stressed, the Shuibei Jewelry Design College jointly established by Shenzhen Polytechnic and Shenzhen Shuibei Jewelry Group Co., Ltd. will further deepen the industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation, facilitate the cultivation of outstanding jewelry design talents, and help students on campus and graduates innovate and start up businesses; Shenzhen Shuibei Jewelry Group will make use of its platform resources to work together with Shenzhen Polytechnic to cultivate excellent talents with an international vision for the development of the industry and promote the internalization of the industry.

Then, Yang Xinbin delivered a speech on behalf of the initiators on the side of Shenzhen Polytechnic for Shuibei Jewelry Design College. He said, in recent years, Shenzhen Polytechnic has relied on the advantageous industry environment of Shenzhen to continuously deepen the industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation. Through the cooperation of a group of professionals and a leading enterprise in the industry, a distinctive industry college has been founded, the industry-education integration model with "jointly creating a cultivation model, recruiting students and workers, discussing major planning, discussing curriculum development, evaluating student cultivation quality, setting up the teaching team, co-building practical training bases, and co-establishing management platforms" as its main content has been established, and a high-level vocational education model of on- and outside-campus co-cultivation in line with China's national conditions has been created. The establishment of Shuibei Jewelry Design College will further integrate the high-quality educational resources of Shenzhen Polytechnic and the industrial resources of Shuibei Jewelry Group, and provide strong talent support for the development of the jewelry industry in Shenzhen.

After Du Ban, President of Shenzhen Jewellery Designers Association, and leaders from theInternational Division and Business Divisionof Shenzhen Shuibei Jewelry Group Co., Ltd. delivered speeches, Ma Xiaoming signed the cooperation agreement with Shuibei Jewelry Group on behalf of Shenzhen Polytechnic, and Yang Xinbin and Lu Lihang jointly unveiled the nameplate of Shuibei Jewelry Design College. Afterward, the attendees had an in-depth exchange and discussion on the development prospect and operation mode of the College. The unveiling ceremony concluded in a solemn yet joyful atmosphere.
