On the afternoon of September 7, Yang Xinbin, Secretary of the Party Committee and President accompanied by personnel in charge of the Logistics and Infrastructure Office, Security Office, Students' Affairs Office, and other departments visited the Wangtang Student Apartment, through which they paid a visit to students returning to school, and inspected the Wangtang Student Channel as well as the dedicated bus station of the Wangtang Student Apartment in Xili Lake Campus.

The delegation had a cordial talk with students returning to school in the Wangtang Student Apartment to understand their psychological status and learning and living conditions after returning in detail, and encourage students to maintain a positive attitude in life during the phase of epidemic prevention and control, so as to create a wonderful life.

It is reported that the Wangtang Student Channel is a special channel established by the school in consultation with Xili Sub-district Office, which is directly leading to the campus for the boarders of Wangtang Student Apartment. Students can come and go freely during the opening hours of the channel. During the inspection of the special channel, Yang Xinbin required all units to put the safety of students' lives in the first place, strictly implement the management responsibility of the channel for students, and establish a safe "green channel" for students in consideration of the current situation of epidemic prevention and control and the unified deployment of the school's Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters.

While inspecting the dedicated bus station for students, Yang Xinbin inquired in detail about the operation mechanism and situation of the intramural shuttle bus. The person in charge of relevant department replied that the intramural shuttle bus from Wangtang Student Apartment to Liuxiandong Campus has been opened at 10 time nodes, and the intramural shuttle bus from Xili Lake Campus to Liuxiandong Campus has been opened at 12 time nodes, so as to solve the traffic problem of students from Wangtang to Liuxiandong Campus when the campus is closed. Yang Xinbin expressed high affirmation and repeatedly urged departments like the Logistics and Infrastructure Office, Security Office, and Students Affairs Office to work together and make work arrangements and adjustments in advance to ensure the stable and regular teaching and management orders.
