He analyzed the problems existing in Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in Shenzhen Polytechnic and domestic higher vocational colleges from four aspects: unbalanced regional development, concentrated cooperation objects, improvement of teaching quality, and innovation of school running connotation, and put forward the methods and paths of how to turn challenges into opportunities, actively innovate two-way cooperation and realize the import and export of high-quality educational resources in the post-pandemic era.
