On June 30, Shenzhen Polytechnic held the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of University-Enterprise Cooperation in Party Building in Conference Room 109, Mingde Building, Liuxiandong Campus. The participants of the Signing Ceremony included persons in charge of the Party organizations of 20 famous enterprises, including Ping An Bank, Tencent, BYD, Han's Laser, YUTO Tech, Xunlei, China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited, CCIC Southern Electronic Product Testing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Sangfor, and Shenzhen Municipal Engineering Corp., Yang Xinbin, Secretary of the Party Committee and President, Wang Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection, Ma Xiaoming, member of the Party Committee and Vice President, and persons in charge of the Party and Government Administration Office, the Office of Academic Affairs, and the Party committees (general Party branch) of the secondary schools, and secretaries of some Party branches. The signing ceremony was chaired by Wang Hui.

Yang Xinbin delivered the welcome speech on behalf of the school's Party Committee. He said, since the 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the building of the industrial worker team and clearly required to integrate the building of the industrial worker team into the great new project of Party building that is just getting into full swing. The Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese working class, and industrial workers are the backbone of the Chinese working class. In his speech, Jiang Fangbing, Co-secretary of the Party Committee ofShenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Industry Association, indicated that the construction of "Party building + technology" is of the profound significance of the times and great historical significance. In his speech, Song Changyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shenzhen Municipal Engineering Corp., said that the university-enterprise cooperation in Party building is in favor of the innovation in Party building and will have a positive impact on both parties' talent strategies.
