Deng Zhuowen expressed heartfelt thanks to the two universities for their support in the economic and social development of Heping County. He highlighted that the two universities have diligently implemented the provincial party committee’s "1310" directive and followed the principle of "what universities can provide, what Heping needs," focusing on the "Seven Major Tasks" and steadily advancing the "Double Hundred Action." The county’s service teams, project teams, responsible units, and county task forces have worked in close coordination, ensuring high-quality project co-construction with impressive outcomes. Deng expressed the hope that the university-county partnership would further deepen, expanding both the scope and areas of cooperation. He also emphasized leveraging the strengths of Huizhou University in teacher education, talent cultivation, and town/village planning, and Shenzhen Polytechnic’s advantages in vocational education and industrial development, to plan and implement the next batch of collaborative projects. This will contribute to Heping County's accelerated high-quality development.
Yang Xinbin expressed sincere thanks for the support given to our university's project teams and county staff by Huizhou University and Heping County. He stated that in 2025, the university aims to focus on "Five Key Models," including establishing typical villages, towns, projects, industries, and experiences, to implement co-construction tasks.
Peng Yonghong summarized Huizhou University's "Double Hundred Action" work, stressing the importance of identifying and planning the projects in line with the province’s principle of "what the county needs, what the university can provide." He also emphasized the need for long-term planning and continuous effort to match university resources with Heping County’s demands, innovating cooperation models, and focusing on the county’s development to ensure the implementation of cooperation outcomes. This will inject new momentum into the county’s high-quality development and promote more results from the partnership.
