The meeting was held in the Mingde Building conference room.

On February 27, a delegation led by Oliver Sauer, CEO of F+U Unternehmensgruppe, visited Shenzhen Polytechnic University (SZPU) to discuss international cooperation in vocational education. SZPU Vice President Li Yue, along with representatives from the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, the School of Medical Technology and Nursing, and the School of Foreign Languages and Business, attended the meeting.

The delegation first visited the School of Medical Technology and Nursing’s Training Center at the Guanlongshan park of Xili Campus, where they gained an in-depth understanding of nursing vocational education facilities and teaching models. Following the visit, a roundtable discussion was held in Meeting Room 109 at the Liuxiandong Campus, focusing on “The Internationalization of Vocational Education and Cooperation in Nursing and German Language Training”. Vice President Li Yue introduced the university’s distinctive approach to education and its achievements in international exchange, while Oliver Sauer highly praised SZPU’s practices in industry-education integration. He also proposed further collaboration in nursing talent cultivation, student exchange programs for German language majors, and the joint development of vocational certification programs.

During the discussion, both parties explored key topics such as the comparative analysis of Chinese and German elderly care training models and the integration of German language training with vocational certification. They reached a consensus on advancing strategic cooperation in these areas. The meeting concluded with a group photo of the attendees.

Established in 1980, F+U Unternehmensgruppe is one of the Germany’s largest comprehensive educational institutions, offering services in vocational education, language training, and corporate collaboration. Its expertise in nursing vocational education, particularly through its partnership with the VDA Nursing Group, has gained international recognition.
