At the opening, Zhang Zhiguo emphasized that developing “One-Stop” student communities is a key initiative in the implementation of China’s national strategy to strengthen education. It represents a new model of university grassroots governance guided by Party leadership. He noted that in the latest list of 100 model “One-Stop” student communities published by the Ministry of Education, 3 public undergraduate vocational universities and 12 vocational colleges were selected—highlighting the sector’s achievements in aligning with Party building, vocational education characteristics, and industry partnerships.
