
On December 12, our university andInovanceTechnology Group held a school-enterprise cooperation signing ceremony, during which both parties signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement and agreed to jointly establish the “New Energy Vehicle Digital Intelligence Open Regional Industry-Education Integration Practice and Innovation Center.”
SongJun’en, Vice President ofInovanceTechnology Group; Cao Haifeng, Vice President of SuzhouInovanceAutomotive Co., Ltd.; Duan Haifeng, President of the Fluid BU ofInovanceTechnology; and Xu Jianling, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of our university, among others, attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Ru Chunyan, General Manager of the School-Enterprise Cooperation Department ofInovanceTechnology.
SongJun’enextended a warm welcome to President Xu Jianling and his delegation. He stated that Shenzhen Polytechnic University, recognized as a “flagship” of vocational education nationwide, makes deepened cooperation between the two sides of major strategic significance for cultivating compound application-oriented talents in critical fields such as industrial automation. Cao Haifeng indicated that his company will work closely with our university’s Faculty ofAutomotive Engineering to jointly build a high-level industry-education integration innovation carrier in the new energy vehicle sector and collaboratively advance talent cultivation and technical service initiatives.
President Xu Jianling provided a focused introduction to the university’s core measures and notable achievements in deepening industry-education integration and serving industrial development. He emphasized that the university has always regarded industry-education integration as the “lifeblood” of high-quality development. By closely aligning with industrial upgrading and enterprise needs, the university has continuously improved the quality of talent cultivation and its social reputation. Looking ahead, the university will take the second phase of the “Double High Plan” as its guide, engage in mutual integration and co-creation with leading enterprises such asInovance, and jointly contribute to regional economic and social development.
During the signing session, the university signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with ShenzhenInovanceTechnology Co., Ltd., under which the two parties will conduct all-round and in-depth cooperation in the fields of industrial automation and new energy vehicles. The university also signed an agreement with SuzhouInovanceAutomotive Co., Ltd. to jointly establish the “New Energy Vehicle Digital Intelligence Open Regional Industry-Education Integration Practice and Innovation Center.” Both sides will invest in the construction of the center at theShenshanCampus, creating an integrated facility for practical teaching, technical training, testing and certification, and flexible production in the new energy vehicle domain, thereby implementing concrete practices in deep school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation.
The university’s cooperation withInovancespans a decade. Beginning with the establishment of the first “InovanceOrder Class,” 470 outstanding graduates have now grown into technical backbones within theInovanceecosystem. Through ongoing exploration, the two sides havedeveloped the “Shenzhen Polytechnic–InovanceExperience” and case study, characterized by “enterprise engineers teaching on campus, project-based instruction, and position-oriented cultivation.” The school-enterprise cooperation outcome titled Innovation and Practice of the Industry Alliance–Led Automation Technology Application Talent Cultivation Model of Shenzhen Polytechnic–Inovancewas awarded the First Prize for Teaching Achievements in Guangdong Province in 2021.
Heads of relevant departments, including the Faculty of Mechatronic Engineering, the Faculty of Automotive and Transportation Engineering, the Academic Affairs Office, the Planning and Finance Office, the Institute of Applied Technology, and theShenshanCampus Construction Management Office, attended the event.
